SmartSDR+

              The radio has a remaining balance of a 1 years’ subscription up to 30 Oct 2026. All SSDR+ features already existing as well as those added between now and the expiry date

are retained forever. All enhanced DSP functions are therefore included.

Recent Service

I had noticed an occasional transmit problem “interlock prevents transmission” and so it was sent to WiMo for warranty repair. The radio was returned 15 June with a new PA board, all functions tested and the unit calibrated.

Region

Because the installed TURF file was not suitable for UK, the radio has been reset to factory defaults and the new owner will need to request a UK TURF via the Flex HelpDesk. It is a simple upload of a file to the radio; the procedure is fully explained by Flex.
